  1. Will you have our contact information sold others?
    No. we won't. We have strict privacy protect policy. Your information will never show to any third party under any situation.
  2. Do you accept urgent order ? Is there any additional cost?
    Yes, We do. Please email us and state it. This would be additional charge $10 for handle fee
  3. Do you provide Frames?
    Yes, we offer custom framing service (Include stretching, framing and mounting) if needed.The frame order and the painting order would be separated orders.
  4. What is customized oil painting?
    You can send us your favorite picture, no matter it’s your photo or the art work of the old masters, and we will work out the oil painting almost as the same as the picture. Even, we can combine the specific details into one painting from different pictures as you provide. Usually, we would take 20 days for your portrait order, and Please reach Customer Service for specific case.
  5. How long does one commissioned portrait (from photo to canvas) take?
    Within 20 days from deposit payment.
  6. Is the framed oil paintings ready to hang or I need do things else to hang?
    The framed oil paintings would ready to hang, no additional works needed
  7. What’s the choice of the payment?
    We could accept PayPal, Wire transfer, Western union and Credit card online payment

  9. How do you ship me my oil paintings? And how long would the delivery take?
    We Delivery your painting(s) by TNT or DHL or any other top courier your want, door to door service.3-7 days on the way
  10. Can the billing address be different from the delivery address?
    Yes. We could accept different billing address and delivery address
  11. If delivery address been different from the billing address, Can you write what I want to tell the receiver in the parcel?
    Yes, just let us know what you want to say to the receiver (in case different billing and delivery address), we would write it in the parcel and the receiver would read it
  12. What if the framed oil paintings be damaged during transportation?
    Yes, there is risk of damage during transportation. Before delivery, we would inform you about the delivery information, so you could buy Insurance from you local insurance company, in case the parcel arrive you damaged, you could reclaim compensation from your local insurance directly.
  13. How would the framed oil paintings be packed?
    The framed oil paintings would be packed with Foam, Carton and wood bars
  14. What if I’m not satisfied with the painting and what is your return policy?
    Return with good condition and good package within 15 days after receiving of paintings, full amount would be payback, but the delivery cost will be on your account.
  15. Which photos can I turn into paintings?
    We can paint anything, as long as our artists can clearly see the details of your photo. We do recommend that you pay attention to these guidelines:
    a. Make sure to send photos that make the photographed person look good. If you don't like the way you look in the photo then please choose another photo. Don't expect the artists to make the person look much better than he or she looks like in the photo.
    b. Try to send photos with the highest resolution you can. We generally suggest anywhere from 200KB to 500KB. For anything less than 100 KB size, the resolution might be too low, and our artists may have difficulties with painting all the details.
    c. Please be aware of the background in your photo. For example, you might have a beautiful photo of your grandchild, but in the background there are many useless items that will clutter the painting. In that case, you can tell our artists to use a flat background of any color you choose. Its easy – just mention it in the comments box, right after you upload the photo.
  16. How do I send my photograph[s]?
    Sending your photograph is easy – just follow the instructions after you press the “Get Started” button and we’ll show you how to upload your photo so we receive it immediately.
    Please note that at this time we are only accepting digital photographs.
  17. What format should my photo be?
    Upload your photo in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff. The better the image is, the better will the artist be able to create your painting. So as far as we’re concerned, the larger the file the better!
  18. Do I get to preview my artwork before receiving it?
    Yes. Once your painting is ready, we will contact you for you to review it online. Most of our customers are happy with their first preview. But if you feel that any modifications should be made, we receive your feedback, make the requested modifications and send it back to you for confirmation. Only then it is sent to you.
  19. Can you combine images from more than one photograph into a single painting?
    Yes, we can. You can send several photographs and have people from them placed together into a single painting. Simply give us detailed instructions when placing your order.
    You can upload up to 3 different photos in 1 order (using reference photo 1 and 2), and in the comments box, tell us how you want us to combine these photos into one painting.
  20. I have a special request for the artist doing my painting. How do I do that?
    Don’t worry, we’ve thought about that! When you place your order, after you’ve uploaded your photo/s, there will be a special instructions text box where you can explain your special request.
  21. How will my artwork be packed for shipment?
    Your painting will be shipped rolled in a protective cardboard tube.
    We now offer stretching and framing, with an exclusive selection of frames at wholesale prices, direct from our framing warehouse. If you order your painting stretched or framed, it is well-protected for shipment.
    Our website prices do not include framing. Please let us know if you would like framing, and we will provide a quote based on your painting size.
